Returns Policy Happy customers are our goal but that is not possible all of the time as hard as we may try. Our return policy is simple. Your claim must be filed with us within 30 days of the sale. Mistakes will happen, shipping can be delayed and stock may be exhausted as hard as we try not to let it happen. If you have received a product that was late, was not what you thought it was or was damaged during shipment, you may either contact us via the contact button on the home page or call us at the 800-654-4748 number and tell us your concern. Perhaps you just got the wrong book when ordering. We can assist and guide you towards the possible speedy resolution whether a replacement or refund. We will then issue you an authorization code for you to ship the package back to us. Upon receipt, we will credit your account and cheerfully refund your expense for the item.
